Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
Non-returnable items include custom-branded products, clearance items, and gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a different size, color, or style.
To process an exchange, the original item must meet the same conditions as outlined in our return policy.
How to Process a Return or Exchange
Email us at Shop_Auchentrollee@zone16.net with your order number, item details, and reason for return or exchange.
Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the item. Store credit may also be issued upon request.
Additional Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
